  3. After the bachelor degree, students continue into the Master of Dentistry, which qualifies them to register as a dentist.

Good to know

  • Griffith bases its minimum entry requirements on the previous year’s intake, so they can change from year to year.
  • There is a Rural Priority Access Scheme for applicants from rural areas.

What UCAT ANZ score should you aim for?

Universities do not set a single pass mark: they rank applicants against each other, so the score you need depends on the year and on how strong the other applicants are. For a competitive course, aiming for the top 10–20% of candidates is a sensible target.

In 2025, the top 20% of UCAT ANZ candidates scored about 2190 or more out of 2700, and the top 10% about 2310 or more. Use the score calculator to see where your practice scores sit.
